Banks TwinRam® intake manifold for 12V
TwinRam intake manifold doubles the inlet area, optimizes air distribution into the cylinder head, and flows the boosted air proportionately into all six cylinders. The equalized air-streams do away with lopsided internal temperatures, balance cylinder air volume and produce smoother output. By driving a greater charge of air into each chamber, TwinRam amps up the power rating, improves mileage and durability, and reduces emissions.

ATS Multi-Piece Pulse Manifolds for the Dodge Cummins application have pulse exhaust flow design, helping to spool up the turbocharger sooner with less exhaust backpressure and increase fuel efficiency. This pulse manifold design eliminates the problems with shrinking and breaking, as well as cracking and gasket issues that may occur.

ATS Intake Manifolds available for 12V & 24V

The ATS Arc-Flow's smooth, non restrictive air flow design increases intake efficiency, air velocity and eliminates air turbulence, increasing throttle response, horse power, torque and fuel economy. The Arc Flow has been dyno tested verses the stock air intake and has proven to provide gains of up to 15 horse power and 30 foot pounds of torque.

The shrouded backside of Arc-Flow and top intake section have been pre-tapped for easy, clean, gauge, water injection (like the ATS Water Boy system) and Nitrous injection installation.
