aFe is proud to announce the release of a Front Differential Cover for the Dodge Diesel Trucks 03-11 L6-5.9
L / 6.7L (td) with machined fins (P/N 46-70042). This cover fits the AA14-9.25 axles and has a 3-1/2 quart oil capacity (factory cover holds 2-1/2 quarts) at the factory fluid level line, a magnetic drain plug and a magnetic fill plug to remove unwanted debris.
Built-in external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air for maximum cooling. aFe has also designed a large oil level sight glass with calibration plug set to the factory fluid level to eliminate overfilling. This differential cover is constructed out of durable die-cast A380 aluminum with reinforced ribs and a wrinkle black powder-coating with machined fins for maximum strength and style. A gasket is not included but RTV sealant is provided for convenience. An OE-style gasket can be ordered separately under part number 46-70045.
